I was going to bread these chops with flour didn't realize I had mixed cornbread mix with the apple juice. So things happen sometimes and it was very good! I'm glad I was using thin porkchops because the cornbread mix cooks very quickly.

Heat the oil medium heat.

Mix the cornbread mix and apple juice
- 3
Add seasoned salt to both sides of chops
- 4
Coat the chops with cornbread mixture.

Fry in the oil turning very often. 2-1/2 minutes per side. It will take many turns not to let cornbread mixture to burn

This is the first turn after 2-1/2 minutes continue to turn till done.

Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Fried cornbread mix absorbs oil a lot
