Easy and quick this is a picture before crisping the rice. Cook this a bit longer and parched rice it will be.

Heat oil and add rice. Stir till all rice is coated. Add seasoned salt and broth.

I used homemade chicken broth it was thick from the refrigerator.

Serve when completely hot. You can get a little crust on the rice.

If you cook it till it's good and crunchy but not hard, just crisp this is parched rice. You can keep this in an air tight container and eat anywhere, hiking, hunting, and so on...
