Ingredients

100 gmint leaves
100 gcorriender leaves
1/2 tbsginger finely chopped
8-10peeled garlic
4-6green chilies
To tasteblack salt
2 teaspoondry amchoor powder or lemon juice

Clean and roughly chopped mint and corriender..now wash and fill it into the jaar.now put your black salt green chilies,ginger and garlic dry amchoor powder.and grind it well.

You can also add some curd in it for nice colour and taste.now your mint corriender chutney is ready
