Wash Coriander leaves thoroughly till all dirt runs out.

Tear the leaves and cut in small pieces.

Remove the skin of roasted capsicum and cut into small pieces.

Now blend capsicum, Coriander with all ingredients into a blender till smooth.

Serve as a condiment or Dip or use it with chapati, bread, rice or prantha.
