In a pan bring salty water to boil..add your spagz ensuring the water is enough to cover all the spaghetti.

Cook for 7-10 mins

Drain the water using a costrainer please do not rinse off with cold water

In a pan saute the onion garlic..for a min...add the bell peppers
- 5
Let them cook for another 1 minute

Add you spaghetti...turn making sure the veges are properly mixed... sprinkle with the coriander to garnish

Serve hot with your proteins of choice... yummy
