Chop your onion, chillies and pepper, then drizzle the pan with olive oil.

Then as the pepper and chilies are frying.

Take a bowl beat the eggs.

Pour your eggs into the pan the season with paprika, aromat and ground pepper scramble the eggs and toss and turn until it's well cooked.

The scrambled eggs are now done ready to be served.

Mine will be enjoyed with baked beans salad and bread.
