5small tomatoes
1 tspsalt
5 podsgarlic
1/4 inchcinnamon stick
2clove
2 tspoil
2 cupWater
1 tsppepper powder

Boil the water and add whole tomatoes, cook till tomatoes starting to wrinkle.

Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Now heat the oil in a pan and add remaining ingredients except salt and fry until good aroma, keep aside.

In the meantime peel off tomatoes and mash in hands.

Add mashed tomatoes and fried ingredients in Mixie to make smooth paste.

Pour into a pan, add salt and boil it a while, switch off and allow it to cool.

After cool fill in an airtight jar and preserve.
