Ingredients

  • 150 gmsunsalted fried peanuts
  • 4 tspOlive oil
  • 1 cupCoconut milk
  • 1 tspButter
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1Green chilli
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Soya sauce1tsp
  • 1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind all above ingredients except coconut milk and lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Start adding coconut milk slowly slowly grinding sauce.

  3. 3

    Smooth consistency will come.At last add lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Peanut sauce goes very well with khaman,Upma,boiled vegetable sticks. etc
