Crumb Coated Chicken

My friend Juliet helped us cook crumb coated chicken for the first time. We didn't want plain chicken so we decided to coat it with breadcrumbs and other spices. It was very delicious 😋. Put the chicken drumsticks in a cooking pot, add grated ginger, and a pinch salt

Then add one cup of water and boil for 10 mins over high heat.

Remove from heat and remove the drumsticks from excess soup and put in another bowl

Beat the eggs in another bowl

And breadcrumbs in another bowl

Coat the drumsticks in the eggs.

Then coat with breadcrumbs

Heat cooking oil over high heat

Deep fry the chicken till golden brown

Chop the tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves and mix together to make Kachumbari. Serve the chicken with Kachumbari
