Bhajia with salad
This was lunch with my best friend. Its fulfilling and simple.
Steps

Peel and clean the potatoes thoroughly. Cho the potatoes in thin circles.

In mixing bowl add the bhajia flour and a cup of water and stir

Add in the chopped potatoes and mix till fully coated in the mix and a little salt and keep aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the bhajia till it turns to a golden brown color.

Fry the sausages and keep aside

In another bowl add in the cabbage and carrot and toss. Add the mayonnaise and refrigerate for 10 minutes

Serve when ready.
