Mix together Bisquick, milk, and shredded cheese.

Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Drop spoonfuls of mixture on ungreased cookie sheet (usually about 9 per pan). Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Microwave butter, garlic and parsley for a few seconds; just until butter is melted.

Allow biscuits to cool for a minute or two, then brush butter mixture over the top of the biscuits.
