2tomatoes
1onion
1/2ts salt
1 spooncooking oil

Steps

1

Dice the onions and tomatoes
2

Add cooking oil to the pan
3

Add onions and let them fry till golden brown
4

Add tomatoes and fry for 2 min then add salt
5

Break and add the eggs
6

Let the eggs fry till cooked
7

Serve with sukuma and ugali
