Cut the puff pastry sheet in half, then cut each half into triangles. If you buy a round puff pastry, cut it into triangles as well.

Place a teaspoon of strawberry jam and a piece of Manchego cheese in the center of the widest part of each triangle.

Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end toward the tip.

Shape the croissants with your fingers and adjust the ends to form the classic croissant shape. Repeat with the remaining triangles.

Brush the croissants with beaten egg.

Bake the croissants at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
