Clean your vegetables thoroughly and cut your tomatoes and onion

Take a pot to heat. preheat it for 30seconds in a moderate heat and add onion and oil. fry it until it turns gold

Add massala spice and fry for 3 more minutes.

Add your tomato qnd fry for 10 additional minutes. dont forget to keep an attentive eye and stir whenever necessary

Serve with papa and meat 😋
