place shrimp evenly on a plate and pat completely dry.

heat large skillet over Med. heat.

season shrimp w/ salt and pepper.

add butter to skillet. when foaming stops, turn pan up to high heat.

add all shrimp at the same time.

cook without moving for 1 min.

add garlic and cook for one more min.

turn shrimp over and cook for two min.

put shrimp in a bowl.

return skillet to high heat and pour in vermouth and lemon juice.

boil for about 30 sec.

stir in zest and parsley

pour over shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
