Steps

Combine all dry ingredients (flours + gum + baking powder) in a bowl until well mixed.

Add grated cheese and pepperoni to the dry mix to coat.

Add softened butter and milk. Mix until just combined.

Spread dough on lightly floured surface. Roll to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 6 squares.

Bake at 450 for 12 minutes.
