Our friend, V. made flank steak for us when we went for dinner several years ago. We now make flank steak every summer at our cottage and it is always very tasty! I use 1/4 cup of all ingredients to make enough marinade for 2 large flank steaks.

  • 2 Tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 Tbsplemon juice
  • 2 Tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 Tbspchopped green onion
  • Flank steak

    Combine all ingredients and marinate steak overnight in the refrigerator.

    Barbecue steak. Slice steak thinly across the grain and serve.
