Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add roughly chopped onion garlic flax seeds green chilli and badam fry on a low flame till raw smell eveoperates switch off the flame keep aside to cool

When it completly cool grind it with salt and tambrind to a coarse or to fine paste serve with chapti dosa idly it is very healthy chutney thank you happy cooking
