peel and cut potatoes into small chunks and place in mixing bowl.

dice up onion and bell pepper as fine as desired and add to potatoes.

add butter sourcream and cheese into bowl.

mix everything up really good.

place a sheet of aluminum foil on counter top big enough to completely cover contents of bowl and dump the mixture onto it.

wrap it all up. then cover it with a second layer of foil.

preheat grill to medium heat.

once grill is heated place the ball of foil wrapped potatoes on the center of the grill. let cook for 30 to 40 minutes turning it over halfway between.

remove from grill. cut an opening in top of foil to serve from.
