Ingredients

4Boneless chicken breasts
1 cupOlive oil
1 cupItalian bread crumbs
3 tbspMayo
1 cupColby jack cheese shredded
1 tbspParmesan cheese
1 tbspFresh chopped parsley
6 sliceBacon
1 cupAlfredo sauce.

Preheat oven 375°

Cook bacon till crisp and let chill and crumble.

Coat chicken with bread crumbs and cook in oil till fully done.

Combine parsley, mayo, 1/4c shred cheese, and bacon. Mix till a paste, if to thick add mayo.

Put chicken in bake dish, coat with mixture.

Sprinkle parm cheese, drizzle alfredo over chicken, and sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

Bake 30-35 minutes till edges are golden brown. Serve with noodles or rice.
