Combine cream of mushroom, onion soup mix, tomatoes, celery, and garlic.

Gradually add beef stock, (just enough to give flavor but not to make mixture watery)

Heat mixture in large skillet between medium and high heat, stirring occassionally for about 4 minutes.

Place defrosted and seasoned beef cutlets into skillet making sure that they are all covered with sauce.

Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes then flip cutlets and let simmer covered for another 5 minutes

Add cheese and stir occassionally for about 8-10 minutes
