dissolve yeast in warm water then stir in 1 tablespoon sugar

while yeast begins to work, mix 1/2 cup sugar, oil ,eggs and salt together.

combine yeast mixture and egg mixture with 1 can evaporated milk.

add 7 cups of flour; knead for 10 minutes with mixer.

let rise until doubled.

roll out into rectangle shape, spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

roll up and cut 3/4" thick pieces and place into greased pan; let rise again until doubled (about 2 hours).

bake at 350°F to 375°F for 25 minutes.

let them cool only for a little, glaze while they're still warm.

CINNAMON ROLL GLAZE: Combine powder sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl, mix until smooth and drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon rolls.
