i made this for the first time on Tuesday and my guest loved it. they went back for seconds!

season chicken with desired seasonings /spices

marinate chicken in raspberry vinagarette overnight

(next day) preheat oven to 400°f

cover chicken with aluminum foil, place on middle rack. cook for 35-45 minutes, or until it's fully done

(sauce) in a saucepan, add wine, raspberries, raspberry jam, and red wine vinager

stir sauce occasionally

cook package of Bacon set aside once its finished

sprinkle bleu cheese and Bacon on top of chicken

heat for 5 minutes. take chicken out and enjoy!
