Ingredients

  • 1whole onion
  • 1 lbsausages
  • 1 lbbacon
  • 7 bunchpealed and quartered potatoes
  • 3 literboiled water

Steps

  1. 1

    peal and chop the potatoes into quarters

  2. 2

    skin the sausages

  3. 3

    peal the onion and leave whole

  4. 4

    throw everything into a large pot except the potatoes for half an hour

  5. 5

    then add the potatoes and leave to stew

  6. 6

    add some white pepper for a little spice if desired

  7. 7

    remove the onion after cooking and enjoy the stew!
