Here is a very easy way to do a chocolate mousse. Not only easy but tastes amazing. This recipe was used in a 3 rosette kitchen.

Here is a very easy way to do a chocolate mousse. Not only easy but tastes amazing. This recipe was used in a 3 rosette kitchen.
Steps

Bring cream to the boil and add chocolate, mix until chocolate has all melted

In a seperate bowl, beat 100g sugar with egg yolks until smooth and creamy
- 3
In another seperate bowl, beat the remaining 50g sugar with egg whites until light and foamy
- 4
Gently fold in the yolk mixture, then the whites mixture to the chocolate
- 5
Pour into moulds, ramekins or glasses and set in fridge for about an hour
- 6
Upon serving, add a few chocolate shavings for decoration (white chocolate looks best, but u can use what ever you like)
