Preheat oven to 375.

Combine Crisco, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla. beat at medium speed until blended.

Beat egg into mixture.

Add flour until blended.

Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.

Drop by rounded tablespoon 3" apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 10 mins.
