pour out beans into drainer and rinse off then put in large bowl

drain corn and add to bowl

finely chop onion and pepper then add to bowl

combine oil vinegar and sugar in pot on med-low heat stir occasionally and remove from heat AS SOON as it begins to boil

add sauce to bowl mix well and refridgerate till cold

add feta cheese right before serving and mix well

eat with tostitos scoops
