4 ozsoftened cream cheese
1 1/4 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
6 tbspgrated parmesan
6chicken breast halves pounded to 1/4 inch.
1egg
10ritz crackers crushed
1 1/2 cupheated spaghetti sauce

Steps

mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella and parmesan till well blended. spread over chicken breasts.

roll chicken tightly secure with toothpick

best egg in shallow dish. mix remaining parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate dish.

dip chicken in egg then crumb mix.

bake 30 min at 375°

serve with sauce and mozzarella.
