Steps

Turn hob on medium heat. once butter has been melted leave hob on for the caramel mix

Place 100g of unsalted butter in to a pan to melt.

Crush 250g of disgestive biscuits into a bowl.

Once the butter has melted,pour over crushed biscuits and stir.

Press the buttery biscuits into a baking tin and press down evenly.

Place into fridge to cool.

Caramel..

Add 50g of unsalted into a pan and place on hob to melt.

Once butter has melted,place the 50g of Brown sugar into the pan and leave to melt into a golden caramel colour.

Once the golden caramel colour appears place 400g of condensed milk into the pan and stir.

Take out your biscuit base and pour caramel over equally.

Peal and chop one bananan.

Place bananan onto the caramel mixture and place back into the fridge.

Wisk 250mls of double cream into a mixing bowl till stiff.

Take base out of fridge and place cream over evenly.

Decorate top of the banoffee with shavings of chocolate.

serve chilled and enjoy. :)
