Steps

start water boiling on stove in large saucepan

preheat oven to 400°F

cut potatoes in half and add to water when boiling

brown ground beef in frying pan, drain fat

add onions, half garlic, steak spice & seaoning salt. cover and simmer on low heat.

add water in saucepan with frozen vegetables and boil

once potatoes have cooked, drain water and mash

add milk, butter, and remaining garlic, continue mashing until almost creamy

place gr. beef in baking dish and add one can soup on top, spreading evenly.

drain cooked vegetables and layer on top

add other can of soup

spread mashed potatoes on top evenly and top with cheese

bake for 45 minutes
