Steps

Add water to 1 cup of rice. Let it sit for 1 hour!

Drain the water from the rice & put it in blender with 1 cup of clean water.

Blend the rice until it dissolves. Use strainer to avoid grain of rice in water.

In a jug add evaporated milk, water, ice, and sugar.

Add the blended rice into the jug. And mix!!

Sprinkle the top with cinammon and serve!
