Preheat oven to 350.

Mix the corn, cream, salt, sugar, pepper and butter.

In a separate bowl whisk together the milk and flour, stir into the corn mixture.

Stir in the parmesan cheese.

Pour into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
