Ingredients

  1. 250 gmlemon(10-15)
  2. 500 gmchini
  3. 50 gmred chilli powder
  4. 1 table spoongaram masala
  5. 1 tea spoonhing
  6. 2 tea spoonsalt
  7. 1 pieceginger
  8. 5-6green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut lemon into 4 pieces and remove all the seeds from it

  2. 2

    Grind ginger, green chillies and lemon into paste

  3. 3

    Take kadai and put the above paste and all masala

  4. 4

    Continuously mix it till it dries

  5. 5

    Instant nimbu meethi chutney ready
