250 gmlemon(10-15)
500 gmchini
50 gmred chilli powder
1 table spoongaram masala
1 tea spoonhing
2 tea spoonsalt
1 pieceginger
5-6green chillies

Steps

Cut lemon into 4 pieces and remove all the seeds from it

Grind ginger, green chillies and lemon into paste
3

Take kadai and put the above paste and all masala
4

Continuously mix it till it dries

Instant nimbu meethi chutney ready
