Preheat oven to 180degrees then oil 12 cup muffin pan then in a large bowl mix oil,milk,eggs and beat lightly.

Add vanilla essence and stir
On another separate bowl mix flour,baking powder,sugar and butter and mix until the flour resembles bread crumbs then add into wet ingredients
Combine the dough well then divide the batter between two bowls
On one bowl add sifted cocoa powder and mix well
Then on the pan fill half of vanilla batter and add another half of chocolate batter then bake
Allow them to cool before serving.
