1/2 lbextra lean ground beef
1/2 lblean ground turkey
2 largeeggs whites
2 ozcornbread stuffing dry mix (about 1 cup)
1 mediumchopped onion
1/2 tspchili powder
1/4 tspground cumin
4 ozcanned green chili peppers, diced
8 ozcan enchilada sauce

Preheat oven to 375°

Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl mix beef, turkey, egg whites, stuffing mix, onion, Chili powder, cumin, chilies, and half of enchilada sauce together.

Shape into oval with your hands and place on prepared boiler pan.

Cook for 1 hour, top with remaining sauce and bake for 5 minutes more.
