  • 1 lbGround sirloin
  • 1 lbSweet italian sausage
  • 1 can(small) tomato paste
  • 2 packagesMeatloaf seasoning
  • 1 cupKetchup
  • 1 canTomato sauce
  • 2 cupOats
  • 3 largeEggs
  • 1 largeOnion
  • 1 largeGreen pepper
  • 1/2 cupGrated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupGarlic powder or (3 garlic cloves) crushed n diced
  • 2/3 cupWorcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 cupSoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice green pepper and onion preheat oven on 375 beat eggs in a seperate bowl

  2. 2

    Dump all ingredients in large mixing bowl (i use my hands to make sure sausage n burger are evenly distributed) along with the other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mold in a 9x13 casserole dish or use 2 bread loaf pans (cook both now or freeze one)
