Cut the carrots into flower shapes. Cut the corn into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces. Clean the pork ribs and marinate with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce for 10 minutes.

Cook the pork ribs for 2 minutes to absorb the seasoning. Add 4 cups of water and simmer the pork ribs. While simmering, add the corn to cook with the pork ribs.

Next, add the carrots to cook with the pork ribs.

Simmer the ribs with the corn and carrots for 15 minutes.

Then add the potatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Check if the pork ribs are tender, then season to taste and add green onions and cilantro.
