Steps

Mix all the ingredients, except coriander and garlic, knead the dough, till it's smooth, cover the dough with wet cloth.

Keep in a warm place for about 2 hrs

Now again knead a dough, make a small size balls, roll it.

Apply water on nan, flip on tava, apply garlic and coriander on the top side of naan, now turn tava over the flame.

Remove gently, now flip the naan upside down on direct flame.

Serve hot with the top of butter.
