Ingredients

  • 1 cupsugar
  • 250 gmsweet potato
  • 2Cardamom powder
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil

  2. 2

    Add Cardamom powder

  3. 3

    Add water

  4. 4

    When water is boil add sugar

  5. 5

    Peal the Sweet potato and cut it in round shape

  6. 6

    When sugar melt add sweet potato

  7. 7

    Boil it till potato are soft and syrup is thick

  8. 8

    Ready to eat
