Knead the dough, rest it for 10 minutes. Divide the butter in to three equal halves. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape apply one half of the butter fold and refrigerate it for 15 minutes. Repeat the process for 2 more times. Prepare the filling. Roll the dough divide it into 4 parts, put the filling and fold it. Brush it with egg whites or Milk. Put in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 200C.
