Ab dal se pani alag kar ke.mixer me dal ke fine paste ready karein.

Ek bowl me dal ka paste,salt dal kar ache se mix karein.ab green chillies,ginger chopped dale.Coriander leaves bhi chopped dale.

Ab ek kadahi me oil garam karein.dal mixture ko hath me le.gol size me roll karein. Ab medium oil me fry karein.

Mooli ke lache kijiye(radish kadukas).

Serving plate me ram ladu kadukas mooli Chutney ke sath garam serve karein.
