1 cupsoft brown sugar
1/2 cupcaster sugar
1egg
1 dashvanillia essance
1/2 cupflour
1 cuppeanut butter
1 cupchocolate pieces
1/2 cupbroken peanuts
1 tbspwater
1 smallbutter/oil for greasing
1icing sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 180c

add each ingredient while stirring into a large mixing boal

break off small pieces of mix and roll into balls using a little flour

roll threw sugar

place onto lightly greased baking tray and press firmly with a fork/spoon on top

bake for 10 - 12 minutes

enjoy hot with ice cream or place on wire rack and leave to cool for 1hr. Dust lightly with icing sugar
