In large pot heat oil an add meat and season with salt in pepper. Sear meat on all sides. Add onions and mushrooms. Sautee till done then add flour make rou and then deglaze pan with wine.

Add cream and simmer till reduces and thickens, about 15 min. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream

Serve over rice or egg noodles. Garnish with sour cream and chives

Beef stock can be substituted for wine.
