  1. 1 bunchCilantro
  2. 1Chilli pepper (seeds removed)
  3. 1 pinchSalt and pepper
  4. 4Walmuts (smashed)
  5. 1 cupLemon juice
  6. 1 tbspSugar

    Clean the cilantro, after washing, put it in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Make sure you also wash and clean the chilli pepper, and that all seeds are removed, otherwise your chutney will be too spicy.

    Process everything until well mixed and pastry

    Great to use to marinate any meat, delicious on pork, chicken and lamb!
