1 tbspOrange Zest
1/4 cupFresh Orange Juice
1/2 cupHoney
12 ozSilken tofu, firm or extra firm, drained
1 cupFresh Black Raspberries or Raspberries

Steps

Combine 2 1/2 tsp. of the orange zest, OJ, honey and tofu in blender.

Pureé ingredients until smooth, scraping down sides of blender if necessary.

Divide orange cream equally among 4 bowls or parfait glasses. Divide berries evenly and place over orange cream. Garnish with remaining orange zest.

Serve immediately or refrigerate.
