In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth gradually add sour cream, beating until combined.Add brown sugar and vanilla;beat until combined.Stir in enough milk to make a dipping consistency.Cover and chill in fridge for atleast one hour before serving.
