Ingredients

10 minutes
3 person
  • 2 batchesfried noodles
  • 1no. sliced onion
  • 1no Julian cut gajar
  • 2medium Julian cut capsicum
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • salt as par taste
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder or chilli flakes

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a wok saute all vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add chilli flaks and salt

  3. 3

    Add sauces and vinegar

  4. 4

    Add fried noodles and mix well

  5. 5

    Garnish with dhania patta and serve hot.
