Walnut or Almond ko lightly rost kar le or chhote tukde kar le. Gud ko thoda pani dal ke medium low par chashni banane rakhe, usme cardamom powder dal de or ghee ya oil jo bhi aap chahe add karein. Gas off kar de or almonds, walnut ko usme dal ke achche se chalae or oil lagi plate me ya butter paper me achche se ek katori se daba ke faila de. Thodi thandi hone pe chakti ke akar me cut kar le. Apki walnut, almond chakti ready hai.
