Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupBroccoli
  2. 1 teaspoonOlive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoonChaat masala
  4. to tasteSalt salt
  5. 5Almond pieces (soaked 30min)
  6. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  7. 1 inchGinger (long slices)
  8. 1/4cupCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  9. 15Mint leaf (finely chopped)
  10. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pot add 1 glass water then put strainer over it then put broccoli and almond in it and cover the strainer.

  2. 2

    Steam broccoli for 5min.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add broccoli then add olive oil, salt, chaat masala, black pepper crushed, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger mix it well.

    Add lemon juice toss it.

    Broccoli salad is ready to serve.serve it with radish and carrot.
