Simple Lunch Liver and Fried Rice

Steps

Cut liver into pieces and boil and set aside

Heat a table spoon of oil and fry half the diced onions.

Add half the tomatoes and stir. When soft and four cups water and boil. Add salt

Add the rice and stir cover and allow to cook
- 5
Fry the remaining onions and add liver.

Add in the tomatoes and stir. Cover and add salt and soy sauce.

Cover and cook

Plate and garnish with a little coriander
